A 20.88m XE Standard aluminium helideck designed and built for Petronas Caspian DLB (Bumi Armada Berhad). The design called for a aluminium support structure frame of 8.5m high and helideck to be built in two halves, transport through the Caspian sea channel and assemble in Baku, Azerbaijan within 2 weeks. Design for S92 helicopter with total weight of the helideck and support frame within 50MT.

The entire structure include platform, stairs & walkway were fabricated, assembled and painted marking in full in the yard within 14 weeks before split into halves for transportation to Caspian sea for final assembly on the barge.
