Same part. Same spec. Same yard.
When a DIFFS valve fails, a Stage 2 lighting strip needs replacing or a perimeter net comes off-spec, the operator has a choice. Source the part through a generic offshore supply agent. Try to specify a third-party equivalent. Or buy direct from the manufacturer.
Direct supply means the replacement is identical to the component originally specified. No reverse engineering, no specification mismatch, no compatibility risk with adjacent systems. For our own products — DIFFS, Stage 2 lighting, QUICKLOCK, aluminium signage, tie-downs, marine aluminium netting — we are the original manufacturer.
For helidecks we did not originally supply, we still stock and supply standard offshore components compatible with most installations. The deck doesn't have to be ours for the part to fit.

Aluminium Signage
Helideck markings, perimeter signs, obstacle indicators and warning signage in AO's aluminium alloy specification.
Tie-Downs & Hardware
Helicopter tie-down points, securing rings, edge coaming, transition joints and standard offshore deck hardware.
Marine Aluminium Netting
20-year corrosion-warranted perimeter safety netting, replacement scope for any helideck regardless of original manufacturer.

Most helideck component requirements fall into the six categories above. The ones that don't are usually project-specific — non-standard signage layouts, custom tie-down configurations, replacement parts for legacy systems where the original supplier has exited the market, or components engineered specifically for a particular platform.
We design and fabricate custom components alongside our standard catalogue. Same Singapore yard, same engineering team, same materials and tolerances. Specify the requirement and we'll come back with a fabrication scope and timeline.

BEYOND ANNUAL INSPECTION
Aftersales runs the whole life of the asset.
Annual Inspection
Comprehensive annual inspection package, validated by UKCAA International against CAP 437. Friction testing schedules naturally with the annual visit.
Friction Test
Surface friction measurement on aluminium and steel helidecks, ICAO and UKCAA compliant. Independent service or scheduled with annual inspection.
Safety Net Testing
Drop-load testing, witnessed by classification society. Replacement netting in 20-year warranted marine aluminium.
Engineering & Upgrading
Site survey, gap analysis, design and refurbishment for helidecks transitioning to new operating regions or new code editions.
